RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Bellavia, we take pride in delivering unique and premium sunglasses and shades with the best quality and care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged item, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original tags, boxes, and accessories must be included
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged Items
To claim a return or refund for a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video.
The video must meet the following conditions:
- The package must be sealed at the start of the video
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts
- The shipping label must be clearly visible
- The product and damage must be clearly shown
This video is required for verification and helps us resolve your issue quickly.
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Claims made without the required unboxing video
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- The 360° unboxing video (if claiming damage or missing item)
Once your request is verified, our team will guide you through the return process.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider
6. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
